Creating Safe Spaces Workshop Series
The Creating Safe Spaces workshop series explores the landscape and experiences, barriers, and challenges faced by Black women in the workplace. Workshop participants will learn strategies to disrupt patterns and behaviors that lead to an unsafe environment and work to create a psychologically safe workplace that centers the experiences of Black women.
