Creating Safe Spaces Workshop Series

The Creating Safe Spaces workshop series explores the experiences, barriers, and challenges faced by Black women in the workplace. Workshop participants will learn strategies to disrupt patterns and behaviors that lead to a psychologically unsafe environment. Using the C.O.R.E. Framework, workshop participants will understand how to create a psychologically safe workplace that centers the experiences of Black women.
