Mission Statement

We lead by example and demonstrate ethical practice, transparency, authenticity, and honesty in our work.

 We think outside of the the box to find strategic and sustainable solutions to challenges. We give permission to fail and make mistakes that lead to learning, creativity, and positive outcomes.  

We appreciate and utilize available research grounded in scientific evidence as a framework to support our work.   

 We believe in justice, fairness, and liberation, and that everyone should have the tools they need to be successful. We recognize that there are systemic barriers in place that make the playing field uneven, and that it will require an ongoing process to overcome and dismantle inequitable systems. We are committed to doing our part to center equity in our work. 

We will be persistent and intentional with our work, understanding there will be days when it is an uphill battle.  

The company name is a tribute to the founder's, late brother. His nickname was I.R.  He was the inspiration to follow her passion and dream big. She wanted to find a way to pay it forward and inspire others.
