STRATEGIC VISIONING:

We work with organization leaders to create equity centered strategic plans and provide program evaluation services that support their workforce, especially Black women. 

WORKPLACE CULTURE:

A positive and inclusive workplace culture is essential for organizations to thrive. We work with organizations to take an organizational assessment and address any barriers preventing the organization from being a psychologically safe and inclusive environment where employees thrive, especially Black women.
